It takes diligent code research, application and a clear goal to lay the foundation for a successful outcome. It takes a firm with experience.

We work closely with all team members to provide the most appropriate medical planning and execution. The goal is always the best possible patient care spaces while balancing staff needs, space constraints, construction cost, phasing requirements, code issues, technology innovations and future growth. We have a positive rapport with the regulatory agencies and can help navigate the sometimes confusing process of gaining approvals for design and construction. We have great relationships with a wide range of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers and can ensure that the correct team is involved for the best possible outcome. We also work with many specialty consultants for vibration / acoustical control, and equipment planning when needed. We are very pleased that the majority of our work comes from repeat, long standing clients.
