Co-founder and President, Ms. McGuire is a registered architect with 31 years of experience. She is responsible for client communication and development, in-house project management including budgets, contracts, proposals and schedules as well as guiding the marketing department. Her exceptional ability to hire experienced and motivated people has resulted in the continued growth of the firm.

JOHN McGUIRE, AIA, ACHA, HFDP, LEED AP
Co-Founder|Principal|Design Director
Co-founder and Vice President, Mr. McGuire is the firm’s Design Director. A registered architect for 31 years with 27 years of healthcare experience, he oversees project design and management. A working principal, his expertise with complex healthcare project management and design are key factors in the firm’s success.

BERNARD MELOE, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB
Technical Director
A valued member of the firm since 2006, Mr. Meloe is a registered architect with 30+ years in architectural design. In his role as technical director, he is responsible for quality assurance and control as well as overseeing the majority of projects through the construction phase. His decades plus experience in healthcare is an invaluable resource to both the firm and our clients.

PAMELA MAZZOLA, NCIDQ
Interiors Director
With 16 years of healthcare interiors experience and 20+ years of industry experience, Ms. Mazzola leads our Interiors Department.  Her understanding of the practice of healing through design strengthens the firm's commitment to healthcare.
